WINEMAKING Cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Automatic temperature control. Micro oxygenation in tank. TASTING COMMENTS Very beautiful deep garnet color. The wine presents a brilliant nose marked by ripe, fresh fruits. Fine woody, slightly vanilla notes complete the bouquet after aeration. The mouth is very elegant, where the coated tannins are tempered by a nice acidity. The whole is elegant, long, intense and gives way to a fruity and tasty finish. ADVICES This wine could be tasted now but will benefit from being kept in the cellar for a few more years in good conditions. It can be kept from 5 to 7 years. Advised serving temperature: 18°C.
